These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Aghanims Phones and Gadgets website and purchases made through the store. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfilment.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, withdraw or modify product listings at any time without prior notice. Products may occasionally be mispriced; in such cases we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we dispatch the product and email an order confirmation with tracking. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payments

Cash on Delivery is available where supported by the assigned courier. Some models require the advance amount displayed at checkout to be paid online; that advance is deducted from the product total and only the remaining balance is collected on delivery. Online payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout. We do not store card or banking credentials.

5. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Cancellation

Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

No change-of-mind returns are accepted. Delivery damage, wrong-item, missing-accessory, or functional-defect claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof and original packaging. Products damaged, used, modified, repaired, tampered with, or made incomplete by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.

Free delivery applies to the original order only. After the original delivery, you must pay the delivery fee for sending an approved replacement to you. We will quote the fee and obtain your agreement before dispatching the replacement. Approval of a replacement does not include free replacement delivery. This charge does not apply where applicable law requires us to cover delivery costs; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The device battery and any charger supplied with the device have a one-month store warranty from the original delivery date for functional faults arising during normal use. Report the fault within that month with your order number and evidence of the issue. Claims are inspected before an appropriate repair or replacement is approved. This cover continues after the 48-hour delivery-issue window, but does not extend warranty cover to the entire phone. Customer misuse, physical or liquid damage, tampering and unauthorised repairs are excluded. Delivery fees for approved replacements follow our replacement delivery-fee policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — Aghanims Phones and Gadgets name, logos, product images, copy, code, and trade dress — is owned by Aghanims Phones and Gadgets or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international IP law.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or interfere with the Site's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
