Cancellation may be requested before courier handover. Approved customer-requested cancellations have ₹50 deducted from the amount actually paid, including any paid COD advance, except where a full refund is legally required. If we cancel a confirmed order unilaterally, we refund the full amount paid plus ₹50 compensation. Cancellation is not available after courier handover. These terms apply to orders placed on or after 16 October 2026; terms agreed for earlier orders are unchanged. For example, a ₹499 COD advance is refunded as ₹449 after an eligible ₹50 deduction. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days, subject to bank/payment-provider timelines.
